Key responsibilities include managing compliance, embracing technological advancements, and coaching junior tax professionals. Ideal candidates possess membership of the Irish Taxation Institute, with Big 4 experience desirable. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management role, strong communication skills, and a broad range of experience are required.
