Location:North Dublin Hybrid/Remote:Hybrid Compensation: €70-80k basic plus bonus, pension, healthcare Our client, a globally renowned healthcare company, is recruiting a Cost Accountant to its Dublin team. The successful candidate will gain exposure to the full finance lifecycle within a key manufacturing facility to the organisation. This role will suit a qualified accountant with cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries related to manufacturing accounting to support accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP Prepare account reconciliations to ensure proper balance sheet valuation Margin variance analysis Monitor variances to standard cost and investigate significant differences Calculate standard costing of products in SAP Drive consistency and standardisation of cost accounting Finance lead on process improvement projects related to costing of materials Provide finance guidance aligned to the preparation of customer pricing simulations, financial analysis and modelling Key Skills Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner across the business Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
