Seeking a Country Manager for Ireland to lead profitable growth and contribute to the company's success.
Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, the Country Manager will provide clear leadership to achieve profitable growth in the region and contribute to the company's further success.
- Drive transformation within the region with a focus on sales, marketing, customer care and service logistics.
- Build and deliver strategic business plans, manage and develop client relationships and foster an improvement and innovation culture.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience operating at or near Country Manager level in a relevant business services matrix organisation.
- Proven track record of business leadership, market development, P&L management and business execution.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic vision and financial nous, together with high levels of commercial acumen, communication, decision making and results orientation.
