Principal Connections - executive search has been retained by a highly successful international business services company in its search to appoint for the crucial post of Country Manager Ireland. THE POSITION Reporting to the Regional Managing Director, the Country Manager for Ireland will be responsible for providing clear, compelling leadership to achieve profitable growth in the region and contribute to the company's further success. They will drive transformation within the region with a special focus on sales, marketing, customer care and service logistics (market development, full P&L responsibility, business execution). Through this, further profitable growth will be achieved including building and delivering strategic business plans, managing and developing client relationships and fostering improvement and innovation culture at all levels of the organisation. REQUIREMENTS Suitably qualified and interested candidates will have extensive experience of operating at or near County Manager level ideally in a relevant business services matrix organisation. The ability to demonstrable a successful track record of business leadership, market development, P&L management and business execution will be important. Core competencies will include but not be limited to exceptional leadership, strategic vision and financial nous together with high levels of commercial acumen, communication, decision making and results orientation.
