Job Description
Commercial Servicing Relationship Manager role involves managing a portfolio of commercial loans, providing borrower management services, and seeking resolutions through refinancing, restructuring, or enforcement of security.

The role requires a strong understanding of financial services, collections, and restructuring, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engage with borrowers, assess financial information, and develop strategies for each case
- Implement strategies to maximise financial return for clients
- Monitor account performance and ensure ongoing collection of set repayments
Key performance indicators include:
- Progression of accounts along a set pipeline
- Cash collections and settlements
- Relevance, accuracy, and timeliness of reports
- Call quality audits
- Customer feedback
Required skills and experience include:
- Accredited Product Advisor (APA) with commitment to completing QFA
- Third-level business degree or similar qualification
- Operations experience in a financial services environment
- Previous collections and/or restructuring experience
