We are seeking a Creative Director to join our dynamic and growing team. The successful candidate will lead an ambitious team and be responsible for the direction and quality of creative work produced. They will work closely with senior management, other departments, and talent on a pro-active basis, setting and achieving brand and marketing objectives. With ambitious goals, WYLDE is now accelerating its growth while placing increasing focus on our marketing and branding strategy to achieve success.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead and develop new ideas for WYLDE’s branding, promotional, and marketing campaigns.Oversee creative development.Manage and supervise the overall creative team.Lead creative brainstorming sessions and appoint project leads.Work with senior management to set project deadlines and content goals.Lead by example in building and enacting a clear and coherent marketing plan to drive reach, engagement, and profile.Oversee the creative budget and allocation of resources.Consistently report projects’ status, deadlines, and budgets to upper management.Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet all requirements and brand standards.Maintain communication with operational, partnerships, and internal management to understand requested partner content obligations.Skills & ExperienceStrong experience as a marketing lead, creative director, or in similar creative roles.Experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development.Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.Excellent working knowledge of design and production software.Qualifications in marketing, communications, or a similar field helpful.A genuine interest and passion for esports, content creation, and empowering talent.Location - Cork, IrelandWYLDE is expanding our HQ in Cork city, and ideally, the candidate would be able to work from that location.
