**Credit and Collections Manager** A dynamic and experienced professional is sought to lead a team of internal collection agents, maximising collection activities and ensuring revenue protection while maintaining high customer service standards. **About the Role** Flogas is seeking a seasoned Credit and Collections Manager to lead our team of internal collection agents. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving collection activities, ensuring revenue protection, and maintaining a high level of customer service. **Key Responsibilities** • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of internal collection agents to achieve collection targets and maintain high performance standards. • Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimise overdue accounts and bad debt while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. • Monitor and analyse collection activities to identify trends and opportunities for improving revenue protection and recovery rates. • Maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and queries related to outstanding balances in a professional and empathetic manner. • Set performance targets for the collections team and regularly review their progress, providing feedback and support to achieve individual and team goals. • Prepare regular reports on collection activities, performance metrics, and revenue recovery, presenting findings to senior management and recommending actionable insights. • Continuously evaluate and improve collection processes, systems, and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including data protection and privacy standards. • Work closely with other departments, including customer service, finance, and sales, to align collection efforts with overall business objectives. **Candidate Profile** The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in credit and collections, including 2 years in a managerial role, preferably within the energy sector.
