Job Description Summary: Customer Account Analyst required to work within Revenue Protection team, focusing on fraud analysis, account management and technical consumption analysis, with strong numerical and Excel skills essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Charging validation and discrepancy analysis between Prepay Power Meter and ESB Meter
- Detailed account analysis including consumption validation, tariff checks and top-up checks
- Engaging with network operators, technicians and customers to resolve discrepancies
- Escalation points for complex customer issues and setup of repayment plans
- Management of non-performing accounts, debt collection and analysis of technician site visit reports
- Liaising with other departments and network operators on Revenue Protection issues
- Administration of customer communications and monitoring of account performance
- Supporting RP Tier 1 staff and ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Providing regular reports to management on Revenue Protection activity
- Ad-hoc duties as required
Required Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in Finance or Revenue environment advantageous
- Utilities experience particularly in electricity or gas area beneficial
- Excellent communication, numerical and analytical skills, with ability to work to strict targets
- Strong Excel skills and good working knowledge of MS Office essential
- Ability to engage with customers in a calm and professional manner
