Job Description
Credit Control Specialist: Deliver great customer service and work with Credit Control targets. Ensure timely payment of self-paying patients, manage queries, and handle disputed bills. Meet cash and debtor day targets and be flexible with travel.
- Ensure timely payment of self-paying patients
- Chase overdue invoices by telephone, email, and letter
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
- Manage queries from clients and patients
- Regularly contact patients to discuss payment plans
- Handle disputed bills and negotiate payment
- Meet cash and debtor day targets
- Take on additional duties as needed
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum one year's office experience, ideally in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Flexibility with travel, including off-site meetings and overnight stays
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly

Additional Info:
- This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday
- 35-hour week compensated at a 40-hour week
- All offers of employment are subject to a valid work permit
