Permanent Credit Controller Opportunity - Cork (Fluent French Required) We have an exciting permanent opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a dynamic team within a multinational company based in Cork. Fluency in French is essential for this role. This role is a hybrid role working 2-3 days in the office each week in Cork. As a key member of the team, you will manage the day-to-day credit and collections for specific customer accounts within the designated sales region. Your role will focus on meeting individual and group collection targets, while maintaining an accurate and up-to-date receivables profile. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily credit and collection activities for key customer accounts. Collaborate closely with Customer Services to resolve customer queries in a timely manner. Reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate aged debt reports. Manage order releases in line with company policy. Ensure customers comply with agreed credit terms. Maintain strong professional relationships across various departments and with outsourced BPO teams. Requirements: 2+ years experience in a credit control environment. Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken). Strong analytical, numeracy, and communication skills. Willingness to travel within Europe on an ad hoc basis. Experience working in a culturally diverse environment. Previous experience in a Shared Service Centre or multinational organization.
