Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced credit controller to expertly manage the debts of our clients. As a Credit Controller, you will be overseeing the collection of B2B accounts, whilst consistently monitoring and ensuring a reduction in the debtor balances. Credit Control Responsibilities: Take a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors Be the point of contact for all credit control issues for your ledger Work closely with the cash allocations and invoicing teams to ensure a collaborative approach and high standards of work at all times Work closely with all departments across the company to resolve issues Keep detailed credit control notes on the system and regularly send customer statements Responding to client enquiries and liaising with them. Meet KPIs set by the line manager Requirements: Proven work experience in credit control is absolute must. Ability to reconcile debtors' accounts. Strong communication skills. Ability to deal with problematic customers. Understanding of direct debits and payment plans Working knowledge of sage and Microsoft office suite.
