Permanent Credit Controller Opportunity in Cork, Ireland, requires fluency in French and 2+ years of experience in credit control.
This role involves managing daily credit and collections for key customer accounts, collaborating with Customer Services, and maintaining accurate aged debt reports.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing daily credit and collection activities for key customer accounts
- Collaborating closely with Customer Services to resolve customer queries in a timely manner
- Reconciling customer accounts to ensure accurate aged debt reports
- Managing order releases in line with company policy
- Ensuring customers comply with agreed credit terms
- Maintaining strong professional relationships across various departments and with outsourced BPO teams
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a credit control environment
- Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, numeracy, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel within Europe on an ad hoc basis
- Experience working in a culturally diverse environment
- Previous experience in a Shared Service Centre or multinational organization
