Job Description

The RoleThe Credit Controller is primarily responsible for duties within the Sales Ledger and Accounts Receivable side of the ledgers.The primary duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:Process customer paymentsAllocate payments on customer accountsChase customers for missing allocations or allocations that don’t balancePrint and review all bank statements daily for receiptsIssue weekly Debtors report to managersRemind customers of payments that are dueChase customers for payment on overdue invoicesFollow up on customer queriesReview overpayments on accounts and advise on refunds dueWho We’re Looking ForThe successful candidate will possess the following:Fluency in English both spoken and writtenPrior knowledge and experience in accounts software packages (e.g. Sage, Exchequer) would be beneficial but not essentialIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft ExcelAbility to work under pressure and to deadlinesExcellent communication skillsAt least 3 years prior experience in a similar roleCV's to philip.rusk@cpl.ie #J-18808-Ljbffr
