Experienced Credit Controller Wanted for DP World Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding Division
We are seeking a knowledgeable Credit Controller with large-scale business and high-volume customer experience to join our team in Dublin.
About the Role
- Manage credit control for top customers in EMEA
- Liaise with customers to ensure timely payments
- Ensure sales invoices are raised on a timely basis
- Liaise with local Operations and shared service centre to solve customer queries
- Obtain and review remits for customer receipts
- Set up new customers and assess credit terms
- Produce weekly customer aging reports and present to management
- Produce monthly credit control reports for Management Business Reviews
- Complete bank reconciliations and postings
- Complete IC reconciliations and settlements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an operationally focused Credit control role
- Excellent communication skills and a track record in building relationships
- Desirable: experience of SAP & Oracle, experience of working within Freight Forwarding
