Position: Credit Controller

Location: Hybrid

Contract: Full Time

Salary: €32,000 per annum

We have a great opportunity for a Credit Controller to join our Finance team in our head office. This hybrid role involves two days in the office and three days working from home.

To be considered, you will ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a credit and collections environment.
  • Ability to understand, interpret and communicate complex accounts and financial reports.
  • High priority to Customer Service and excellent People Skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and working independently.
  • Ability to manage issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
  • Call centre experience would be an advantage.
  • Credit Qualifications would be desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate accounts and ensure collection activity is in line with current processes.
  • Collect debts by telephone and email.
  • Convert customers to direct debit.
  • Manage a high-level workload and assist with ad hoc projects.
  • Resolve customer-related issues and complaints.
  • Develop and disseminate debt information.
  • Achieve monthly cash and debt reduction targets.
  • Ensure high-quality working standards.
