Job Description

The Role The Credit controller is primarily responsible for duties within the Sales ledger and accounts Receivable side of the ledgers. The primary duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows: Process customerpayments Allocate payments on customer account Chase customer for missing allocations or allocations that dont balance Print and review all bank statements daily for receipts. Issue weekly Debtors report to managers Remind customers of payments that are due Chase customers for payment on overdue invoices Follow up on customer queries Review overpayments on accounts and advise on refunds due Who Were Looking For The successful candidate will possess the following: Fluency in English both spoken and written Prior knowledge and experience in accounts software packages (e.g. Sage, Exchequer) would be beneficial but not essential Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Excellent communication skills At least 3 years prior experience in a similar role CV's to Skills: sage excel accounting
