Credit Controller Celtic Careers has partnered with a successful and growing company in Dublin 12 who are currently hiring a Credit Controller to join their growing team. Candidates must have experience working in a fast-paced credit control position within a multicompany environment. They must understand the importance of client relationships. The role requires the individual to work as part of a wider credit control team. RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure payments received are allocated to correct accounts against specific invoices. Maintain excellent standards when liaising with customers. Debt chasing via telephone, email and updating system in real time. Allocate client payments and process month-end reports to include aged debt. Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures. Liaise with sales reps and company executives regarding customer issues and queries. Collaborate with customer service department to ensure all customer requirements are met. Providing customers with copy documents when required. Assisting the team with ad hoc duties as they arise. SKILLS: 2-3 years experience working in a credit control function. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and experience with company CRM systems. Excellent interpersonal skills to maintain strong client relationships. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Possess excellent administration skills and good attention to detail. Positive attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on their own initiative and to work as part of a team. Ability to handle large volumes of data.
