Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Credit Control professional to join an award-winning Technology company based in Dublin 12. You will work as part of the Accounts Receivable team reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager. You will be joining an experienced team to conduct credit control with a ledger of 300+ customers, responsible for billing approximately €2 million per month, and supporting the Accounts Receivable Manager in providing a professional credit control service to the business. €35,000 - €40,000 (DOE) Permanent position with a leading Tech company Private Healthcare, Pension, Study support - €1500 per year Gym membership Hybrid option (4 days per week on-site after probation) Easily accessible by bus, Luas and train routes Key Responsibilities: Monitoring of bad debt list, proactively engaging with customers to ensure adherence to agreed payment terms. Actively pursuing outstanding invoices for payment. Raising credit notes and supplementary invoices as and when required. Daily Collection Calls and emails. Process credit applications and set up once approved. Dealing with customer queries and the supply of PODs and copy invoices as requested. Daily resolution of account/invoice queries, clarification of legal obligations, and collection of payments due. Monthly invoice run sending statements and daily receipts via post and email. Raising and resolving all credit control related customer queries in a timely manner. Returned payments updated on to the system and pursued daily. Ensure unpaid cheque/direct debits customers are placed on credit stop until issues are resolved. Person Specification & Experience: 1-3 years' experience working within Credit Control / Accounts Receivable environment. High level planning, organization, and prioritization skills. Strong and accurate data entry skills. Understanding and track record of managing a ledger. Ability to liaise and build rapport with a wide range of contacts both internal and external. Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills, including a courteous telephone manner. Ability to work under pressure and deadline focused. Fluent English, spoken and written.
