Job Description
Experienced Credit Controller sought to manage collections team in Galway-based company, part of a well-established European group, with strong benefits and hybrid working options.
You'll report directly to the Collections Manager, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include managing and administering collection tasks for overdue accounts, communicating with customers via phone, email, and letter to secure payments, negotiating and agreeing on payment plans and settlements, maintaining accurate and detailed records, responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key requirements include APA certification, a minimum of 3 years of experience in collections, strong numerical, negotiation, and communication skills, a proven track record in credit management, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, and financial services experience and familiarity with an automated dialler.
