Job Description

Credit Facilities Operations Administrator | Permanat | Dublin Key Responsibilities: Accurately capture and maintain data attributes within relevant systems. Register and manage both bilateral and syndicated credit facilities (knowledge of syndicated facilities is an advantage). Record covenants and collateral data, ensuring appropriate links to credit facilities are established. Handle static data maintenance activities related to client portfolios, as required. Proactively manage all fee-related activities, including calculation, invoicing, settlement, collection, and reporting. Act as a data management specialist for facilities, fees, collaterals, and covenants. Ensure adherence to operational processes and continuously challenge and improve current ways of working. Follow service level agreement (SLA) timelines to meet daily and hourly deadlines for assigned tasks. Escalate issues effectively to address bottlenecks, knowledge gaps, or barriers. Verify the correctness, completeness, and accuracy of documentation, following established procedures, work instructions, and policies. Customer Service and Continuous Improvement: Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, supporting the delivery of quality services aligned with agreed service levels by turning issues into solutions. Ensure adherence to team performance metrics, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all processing activities. Utilize standard problem-solving and improvement methodologies to identify and address areas for enhancement. Regularly question, analyze, and improve outputs to drive measurable improvements in quality and efficiency. Risk and Control: Identify and assess risks, working to mitigate, reduce, or accept them within the Risk Control Framework. Qualifications & Skills: Third-level degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial services sector, preferably in banking. High level of numeric and written proficiency. Experience in fee collection is beneficial but not essential. Agency experience is an advantage. Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with Flexcube is a plus. Competency in MS Office, with strong proficiency in MS Excel. Willingness to engage in a customer-focused and continuous improvement-oriented culture.
