Our team is responsible for:
- Creating, reviewing, and distributing reconciliations and reports to clients and internal teams.
- Ensuring accurate life cycle events for portfolios with multiple asset types.
- Assisting with client onboarding, audits, and other strategic initiatives.
- Coordinating with clients to deliver daily expectations and tasks.
- Developing and training C&SP staff, and improving processes.
- Managing daily portfolio accounting tasks, internal systems, and client delivery.
- Meeting timeframes and deliverables agreed with clients and trustees.
We are looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
- 2+ years of experience in a business or financial service role.
- Knowledge of loan operations, credit/debt funds, and portfolio accounting principles.
- Experience mentoring, managing workloads, and training team members.
- Ability to research and resolve problems, and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Bloomberg and other loan research tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a high-volume data-entry environment.
