Landscape Crew Leaders are critical team members ensuring our customers’vision for beautiful landscaping and designs come to life. We need a full-time landscaping Crew Leader who has experience:Supervising and managing landscaping crews; up to 5 individualsEnsuring tasks are performed in accordance with industry and company standardsCommunicating plans and production goals with crew members and clients Ensuring all safety and maintenance procedures are followedPreparing job sites and seeing them through to completionMaintaining a clean worksite, equipment and vehiclesCompleting paperwork and information pertaining to projects/jobs Interacting with clients to ensure job satisfactionOpportunity for advancementApplicant Requirements:1-3 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teamsKnowledge and experience installing a variety of landscape applicationsAbility to lift 50 poundsAbility to operate landscaping machinery: riding mowers, trimmers, and blowersHave a valid PA driver's license Maintain a regular, dependable attendance recordAble to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays and overtimeBe comfortable working in a variety of weather conditionsWhy work with Sarver Landscape Maintenance Co?In addition to offering competitive pay and benefits, we are committed to furthering the career development of our employees.
