Seeking a CRM Specialist to drive customer database development, maintenance, and integrity, providing data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and drive campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ownership and integrity of customer/prospect databases across multiple divisions.
- Providing clean and correct databases for use on Salesforce marketing cloud and other eDM communication platforms.
- Audit and coaching of front-line staff to improve data quality at customer touch points.
- Assisting marketing team with database output and statistics as required.
- Implementing security measures to protect GDPR integrity of all records.
- Analysing data from marketing campaigns and reporting performance insights to recommend improvements.
- Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows through Salesforce.
- Supporting marketing team with creation of Salesforce templates and journeys.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in CRM data management with a marketing team.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful CRM campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
