Job Description
CSA Quantity Surveyor sought for large Pharmaceutical projects or semi-conductor build projects with 6-8 years experience.
John Sisk & Son, a family-owned international construction company, is looking for a CSA Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing tenders and analysing data to select appropriate s/cs
- Negotiating and finalising s/c orders
- Managing and reporting of forecasts, target, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations
- Assisting in site records and document control
- Liaising with and commercially influencing/challenging site management team
Requirements:
- Experience as a CSA Quantity Surveyor in build projects
- Experience working on large Pharmaceutical projects or semi-conductor
- Rlevant 3rd level qualification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
