Csa Quantity Surveyor Job In Dublin

CSA Quantity Surveyor sought for Dublin-based Life Science and Tech division, requiring 6-8 years experience in build projects, with expertise in financial and commercial management.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing tenders and analysing data to select suitable subcontractors
• Negotiating and finalising subcontract orders, managing financial and commercial aspects to completion
• Managing and reporting forecasts, targets, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations
• Assisting in site records and document control, liaising with site management team to maintain commercial and contractual entitlement
• Managing and overseeing AQS and TQS, checking and taking responsibility for their work and sign-off

Requirements:

• 6-8 years experience as a CSA Quantity Surveyor in build projects
• Experience working on large Pharmaceutical projects or semi-conductor projects
• Rélevant 3rd level qualification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
