What you need to know Matrix Recruitmentis seeking to recruitaCSA Quantity Surveyorfor our client based in Swindon/UK. This is a permanent role. Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Apply CSA expertise to estimate costs and manage budgets, ensuring financial control throughout the project. Client Management: Build strong client relationships, ensuring CSA project requirements are understood and met. Project Coordination: Work with contractors and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget. Problem Solving & Negotiation: Address CSA-related challenges and negotiate contracts for optimal outcomes. Reporting & Documentation: Ensure accurate cost reporting and compliance with industry standards and protocols. What are we looking for? A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil, structural, and architectural projects. Previous work on large-scale construction projects, especially data centers or similar high tech sectors. Proven ability to manage costs and budgets. Strong communication & negotiation skills with clients and teams. Excellent attention to detail in documentation & reporting. Familiarity with cost management software is a plus.
