CT Clinical Specialist Radiographer sought to lead CT imaging services in a thriving hospital environment. As a team leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging, collaborating with radiologists, radiographers, and other healthcare professionals. Key responsibilities include: Leadership and Quality
- Undertake primary responsibility for the CT Service and effective utilisation of resources.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality diagnostic imaging and customer service.
Development and Implementation - Contribute to the development and implementation of operational policies, protocols, and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain a training function for qualified staff and/or trainees and students.
Collaboration and Communication - Liaise with the Radiography Service Manager on staff rotation and training.
- Assist in the development and implementation of risk management and health and safety strategies.
Requirements - Advanced knowledge of CT technology and imaging techniques.
- Proven experience leading, guiding, and supervising Radiographic staff in the CT department.
- Proficient in operating CT imaging equipment and software.
Eligibility - Diploma of the College of Radiographers (Diagnostic) or equivalent.
- CORU registration IV Cannulation.
- Minimum of 6 years postgraduate experience in Radiography.
