Over 2,000 companies and 1 million developers rely on our tools and services to get the data they need from the web.We seek a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cutting-edge technologies and demonstrate the ability to shape a technical vision and drive execution to deliver quality products that delight customers.Roles & Responsibilities:Oversee the engineering, research and development, and IT teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that align with our business needs and market demands.Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape strategy, drive initiatives and ensure technology investments align with business objectives.Ensure Zyte's systems deliver excellent performance when collecting data from changing websites and under increasing customer workloads.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.Communicate complex technical concepts effectively internally and externally and represent the company as a thought leader.Requirements:Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role within a scaling company, preferably with a deeply technical product.Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentorship skills, with a track record of managing and scaling technical teams.Comfortable with public speaking and experienced in presenting to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.In-depth knowledge of modern software development practices, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, AI/ML and other relevant technologies.A proactive problem solver, comfortable getting into the details when required and prepared to take decisive action to overcome technical obstacles, ensuring the seamless execution of complex projects.Benefits:Influence Zyte's strategic direction and shape the web data industry.Become part of a self-motivated, progressive, multi-cultural team and have the freedom to work remotely for a remote-first company.Join us as we are on the verge of making enormous amounts of data useful in a way that was impossible before. #J-18808-Ljbffr
