Background to the role: The CEO and COO are looking to appoint a CTO to drive the technical strategy and operations of the company. Job Summary: Working with the Product Director and Product team in delivering industry-leading solutions. Define and deliver the roadmap for the product in conjunction with the CEO and COO. Lead and grow the team both here in Dublin and in Portugal (currently a team of 30). Responsible for coaching and retention of key hires. Ideal Candidate: Over 10 years in tech with over 5 years in a hands-on CTO position. Ability to work well and communicate with different stakeholders, C-Level, Sales, Technical, Reporting to the CEO. Strong relationship management, influencing, listening and communications skills. Ability to manage change initiatives.
