Seeking a seasoned CTO to drive technical strategy and operations, lead a team of 30, and deliver industry-leading solutions in a fast-paced online advertising company.
Company Overview:
- Online advertising company based in South Dublin.
Background:
The CEO and COO are looking to appoint a CTO to drive the technical strategy and operations of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Product Director and Product team to deliver industry-leading solutions.
- Define and deliver the roadmap for the product in conjunction with the CEO and COO.
- Lead and grow the team both in Dublin and in Portugal.
- Responsible for coaching and retention of key hires.
Ideal Candidate:
- Over 10 years in tech with over 5 years in a hands-on CTO position.
- Ability to work well and communicate with different stakeholders, C-Level, Sales, Technical.
- Strong relationship management, influencing, listening and communications skills.
- Ability to manage change initiatives.
- Proven ability to build relationships at senior level and across various locations.
