We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Store Assistant. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and tidy store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including the shop floor and back areas.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Follow department routines and processes, and adhere to company policies and Health and Safety procedures.
- Support colleagues in other departments as needed, and be flexible in responding to changing business demands.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Adaptable and resilient, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.
- Reliable and a good timekeeper, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Able to follow instructions and guidance, and work independently with minimal supervision.
