Customer-focused sales associate required for Tesco stores, providing excellent service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting colleagues in various departments.

Responsibilities:
- Put customers first and consider their needs in every interaction.
- Develop relationships with customers and serve them with pride.
- Ensure products and services are available for customers at all times.
- Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
- Keep the shop floor and back areas clean and tidy.
- Follow department routines and processes using training provided.
- Follow all company policies and adhere to Health and Safety routines.
- Support colleagues by assisting in other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Provide excellent customer service by smiling, greeting, acknowledging, and helping customers.
- Work hard to meet customer needs, support the team, and achieve department goals.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be adaptable and resilient to meet the demands of our business.
- Follow instructions, either verbal or written.
