About the Role
This is a temporary in-store role that requires flexibility and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves, and assisting with order picking and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining a tidy store environment
- Support with order picking and delivery for our Click and Collect service
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide a high level of customer service
What We're Looking For
- Able to provide excellent customer service and work well under pressure
- Flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
