We are seeking a dedicated team member to join our retail store team, where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring products and services are available to customers at all times, handling products with care, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.
Key responsibilities
- Put the customer first and consider their needs in everything you do.
- Get to know your customers and serve them with pride.
- Help to ensure products and services are available to customers at all times.
- Handle all products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach the customer in the best condition.
- Keep the store floor and back areas clean and tidy at all times.
- Follow department routines and processes.
- Follow all company policies and adhere to Health and Safety routines.
- Support your colleagues by helping in other departments when needed.
Requirements
- Provide great customer service by proactively smiling, greeting, acknowledging, and helping customers.
- Work hard for customers, your team, and your department.
- Prioritise tasks to ensure anything you do is right for our customers.
- Be adaptable and resilient to meet the changing demands of our business.
