Customer Delivery Driver
Deliver excellent customer service and provide a safe and efficient delivery experience to customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role
As a Customer Delivery Driver, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience. You will be responsible for delivering groceries to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that their orders are accurate and complete.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Load and unload groceries from the van, ensuring that all items are secure and protected from damage.
- Drive safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Manage your time effectively, ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and to the highest standard.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Hold a full Irish or EU driving licence (manual or automatic) for at least 2 years with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Be a safe and courteous driver, with a good understanding of road safety and traffic laws.
- Enjoy working with people, providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries.
- Be able to work independently, managing your time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
- Have a good understanding of the local area, including traffic patterns and road conditions.
