The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for:

  • Creating an inspiring and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers
  • Managing change operations, checkout operations, and equipment
  • Leading the store when the Store Manager or Deputy Manager are not present
  • Ensuring team members are fully trained and validated in their roles
  • Driving a culture of two-way communication and trust
  • Coaching and managing colleagues to deliver daily priorities and customer needs
  • Reviewing reports and systems to improve customer and colleague experiences
  • Managing stock control, warehouse layout, and processes
  • Root causing incorrect prices, overcharges, and refunds
  • Managing the front-end operation to minimize customer queues
  • Recognizing and rewarding excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of:

  • Delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Being adaptable and agile in a fast-paced environment
  • Delivering key objectives and shaping senior-level decisions
  • Previous retail experience in a similar role
