The Customer Experience Manager will be responsible for:
- Creating an inspiring and welcoming environment for colleagues and customers
- Managing change operations, checkout operations, and equipment
- Leading the store when the Store Manager or Deputy Manager are not present
- Ensuring team members are fully trained and validated in their roles
- Driving a culture of two-way communication and trust
- Coaching and managing colleagues to deliver daily priorities and customer needs
- Reviewing reports and systems to improve customer and colleague experiences
- Managing stock control, warehouse layout, and processes
- Root causing incorrect prices, overcharges, and refunds
- Managing the front-end operation to minimize customer queues
- Recognizing and rewarding excellent customer service
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of:
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Being adaptable and agile in a fast-paced environment
- Delivering key objectives and shaping senior-level decisions
- Previous retail experience in a similar role
