Maersk Customer Service Role in Dublin Deliver exceptional customer service, innovate and improve business efficiency, and collaborate with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. About the Role * Deliver 1st-class customer service to clients, professionally and efficiently, and in accordance with documented procedures. * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party suppliers and Maersk offices worldwide. * Continuously innovate and improve the service provided to customers, increasing business efficiency. * Ensure accurate and timely processing of documents, adhering to company policies and guidelines. * Produce internal and external reports and statistics, including client KPI reporting. * Monitor third-party supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement. * Support clients in problem-solving, building an in-depth understanding of their business and the problems that impact it. * Proactively identify challenges within the client's supply chain process and suggest solutions to optimize the process. * Attend client meetings as required. * Participate in Supply Chain Management project teams. * Work on ad-hoc tasks and projects as requested.
