  • Deliver a 1st class level of customer service to clients, professionally and efficiently at all times
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party suppliers and Maersk offices worldwide
  • Continuously innovate and improve service delivery, increasing business efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Process documents accurately and timely, in line with company policies and guidelines
  • Produce reports and statistics as required, including client KPI reporting
  • Monitor supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Support clients in problem-solving, building an in-depth understanding of their business and challenges
  • Proactively identify supply chain process challenges and suggest solutions to optimize the process
