About the role

As Customer Insights Manager, you will be responsible for delivering research findings and insights to the Marketing team, other business functions, and the leadership team. You will track key customer metrics such as NPS, collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns and capitalize on opportunities, and leverage multiple data sources to make analysis and provide actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver research findings and insights to the Marketing team, other business functions, and the leadership team.
  • Track key customer metrics such as NPS and collaborate with stakeholders to address concerns and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Leverage multiple data sources to make analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and manage the Customer Insight Plan, establishing and managing the development of insight results, such as studies and dashboards.
  • Conduct in-depth qualitative and quantitative analysis, ensuring briefs are clear and outputs are fit for purpose.
  • Enhance business solutions by engaging with customers, partners, and team members to discover new perspectives.
  • Work collaboratively within and outside your function, developing and maintaining positive relationships across the Tesco business in Ireland.

Requirements

  • Shown experience in insight, strategy, or commercial roles within a dynamic, customer-facing industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required; advanced degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office, with outstanding analytical capabilities to generate actionable insights and find opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Research Experience: Ideally, 5+ years of experience in Insight roles (either analytics or research), with proven ability to deliver insights that drive positive changes in business decisions and performance.
