Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Journey Expert to develop, manage, and harmonize services to provide a differentiating customer and employee experience in Wholesale Banking Lending.
The Lending Tribe is part of ING Wholesale Banking Lending, aiming to become the best Wholesale Bank in Europe by 2026. The tribe consists of 7 product areas and 3 centres of expertise, including Business Architecture, Business Support, and Data Analysts. The Business Architecture team is responsible for the Global Lending Standardisation Framework (GLSF), describing the global Lending Operating Model. The team oversees and optimizes end-to-end processes, aligning business objectives with the lending operating model, promoting efficiency, and safeguarding consistency. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, manage, and harmonize services to provide a differentiating customer and employee experience * Create aggregated lending product insights per country, including products, revenue, customer types, volumes, and data quality * Standardize, harmonize, and register lending products, working towards clear demarcation and joint solution delivery with other WB domains * Continuously improve the Product and customer journey based on policy and regulatory requirements * Contribute to global programs affecting the lending product, such as benchmark transitions and regulatory requirements * Prepare benchmark studies to support product design initiatives * Facilitate lending product approval and review process * Craft and decide stakeholder communication strategy * Build a safe and secure Product, complying with NFR risk requirements **Requirements:** * Master degree * 3-5+ years of working experience in Wholesale Banking Lending or related sectors * Pro-active, open-minded, goal-driven personality and capabilities to function within an Agile environment * Excellent communication skills (English - verbal & written) * Attention to detail and strong analytical skills * Self-starter, with excellent organisational skills and able to deliver on priorities * Experience in Vantage reporting, Access, and other database management systems is a plus * Willingness to relocate to Dublin, Ireland This is an 18 position in the GJA scale, functionally reporting to the Tribe lead product Business Architecture based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and hierarchically to the Tribe Lead Lending based in Dublin.
