Customer Onboarding Analyst | Hybrid - Galway | Competitive Salary + Bonus Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for data management and transformation? We're looking for a Customer Onboarding Officer to join a leading credit management business based in Galway. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure data transfer tasks are completed within agreed timelines. Cleanse, refine, and prepare data to improve accuracy and reliability during transfers. Create detailed data maps outlining fields, attributes, and relationships for consistency and coherence. Monitor and troubleshoot data transfer issues, resolving any inconsistencies swiftly. Maintain strict data security protocols and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Liaise with IT teams to define data transfer requirements and optimize performance. Develop and document data transfer procedures, workflows, and any encountered challenges for future reference. Contribute to ongoing improvements in data transfer processes and best practices. Qualifications and skills: Demonstrated experience in data management, data transformation, or similar data-related processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly when handling large datasets. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or challenges in real-time. Familiarity with data security standards and regulatory compliance is an advantage. Experience in financial systems, credit management, or similar industries is a strong plus. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
