Job Summary: Electric Ireland is seeking a skilled professional to join their Residential Billing and Operations team in a challenging and dynamic role.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for billing customer accounts, managing customer databases, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing of customer accounts ensuring accurate and timely issue of invoices to customers.
Support in the delivery of Team KPI's, providing reporting, analysis as required.
Managing the registration of customer accounts in Electric Ireland database.
Maintaining the integrity of the customer database.
Work with team to identify and implement Continuous Customer Improvement business process driving ongoing process efficiency & customer service improvement.
Provide excellence in customer service delivery, supporting the prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.
Support key business projects across Participation in user assistance testing for systems updates e.g. price changes as required.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year work experience in the energy, financial, or other business sector.
Either 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.
A high level of commitment and flexibility.
Proven ability to work as part of a team.
Good organisational and planning skills.
Ability to work to deadlines in a busy office environment.
Experience in MS Office packages in particular Excel.
Benefits:
Salary €31,000 - €37,000 depending on experience.
