Job Summary: Residential Billing and Operations Team Member
Join our team as a Residential Billing and Operations Team Member, working across dynamic and customer-focused teams in a challenging and exciting opportunity.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, serving all Electric Ireland electricity & gas customers. You will gain valuable experience of our Billing and Database processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Billing of customer accounts, ensuring accurate and timely issue of invoices to customers.
- Support in the delivery of Team KPI's, providing reporting, analysis as required.
- Managing the registration of customer accounts in Electric Ireland database.
- Maintaining the integrity of the customer database.
- Work with team to identify and implement Continuous Customer Improvement business process.
- Provide excellence in customer service delivery, supporting the prompt resolution of customer queries and complaints.
- Support key business projects across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in the energy, financial, or other business sector.
- Either 3rd Level qualification or equivalent work experience.
- A high level of commitment and flexibility.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines in a busy office environment.
- Experience in MS Office packages in particular Excel.

Salary and Benefits
Salary: €31,000 - €37,000 depending on experience.
