Seeking a Customer Relationship Coordinator to support high-profile clients and drive business growth in the energy supply sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the operations team to provide key post-sales information to the sales department.
  • Act as the first point of contact for selective high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in the onboarding of clients, managing new programs and sales contracts throughout their journey.
  • Monitor, manage, and maintain weekly reporting statistics aligned with agreed targets.
  • Maximize returns on existing commercial accounts by providing sales support and communicating with clients as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve optimal results.
  • Gather and share feedback from clients or prospects with internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Accurately capture and update client data within the CRM system.
  • Update forecasting reports on meter metrics and installation schedules to ensure accuracy.
  • Create, manage, and deliver exception reporting on post-sales activities to streamline processes.
  • Attend industry events and conferences, providing insights on market trends and innovations.
  • Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to support sales delivery and roll out new ideas.
  • Approach problem-solving creatively and maintain a customer-centric focus.
