Customer Safety Manager Cork/Remote from Ireland Gaming Technology Our client, a technology company that develops software for the online sports betting industry, is searching for an Safety Manager to join their team. Your role is to work with internal Compliance teams to ensure the company adheres and exceed safety limits relating to specific customers, interact with identified customers that may be at risk and to take steps to ensure safety. This role can be fully remote from Ireland but visits to head office in Cork are recommended on a monthly basis (but with flexibility). Responsibilities: Take responsibility for internal Safe Gambling policies, documentation and SLA, developing internal relationships to ensure awareness of changes or updates Identify potential problem customers and engage on courses of action to ensure safety through various analytical technologies Manage the customer user experience to have checkpoints at each point to ensure safe gambling at all points, noting trends over time and interacting with internal stakeholders to recommend changes where required Be a key member of all audit and assessment processes and become main point of contact for my client with regulatory bodies (GambleAware etc.) Experience Required: 6+ years of compliance with focus on customer safety within this industry Gambling Commission understanding and preferably previous relationships Strong attention to detail and documentation, procedure and policy creation and execution Ability to interact with senior colleagues, bringing board level up to date on policy changes Remuneration: Strong base salary Healthcare Pension Education assistance To learn more about the role and client, please forward your CV stating required salary and availability.
