As our Customer & Sales Support Administrator, you'll work behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly, from customer service to sales operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for customer queries, complaints and consent form management.


• Sales Support: Manage sales leads, coordinate welcome communications to groups leaders and collaborate with the Commercial Team on sales initiatives.


• Operations: Implement and refine administrative systems, maintain the company's filing system and support staff scheduling and personnel records.


• Financial Administration: Manage office budgets, assist with month-end processes and oversee invoicing and credit control.

• Proven experience in Sales Support and/or Office Administration with financial and budgetary experience.


• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).


• Good commercial acumen is essential.


• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.


• Strong written and oral communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and take initiative.


• Based in Ireland, with the flexibility to work from home and at our Adventure Centre in Killruddery, Bray, Co Wicklow.
