Customer Service Account Manager role in North Dublin requires a fast-paced professional to manage customer relationships and order books.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host customer conference calls, emails, and meetings
  • Manage customer order books and information flow between customers and internal departments
  • Process reports on delivery, forecasting, and sales vs forecast
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the Customer Service Department
  • Manage the quotation process and participate in the ECN process
  • Help manage the Hub system for customers
  • Identify improvement areas and implement changes

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to multitask and juggle responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in customer success and customer relationship management software
