Job Description
Customer Service Administrator role involves providing first-level support to customers via phone and email, troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware, software, and systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing first-level service support to customers via phone and email
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer operational issues with hardware, software, and systems
- Escalating issues to field-based engineers when necessary
- Updating CRM and following up on calls and requests efficiently
- Managing credit system and other administrative tasks
This is a hybrid position, with 2 days/week spent in the Dublin office.
Key skills and qualifications include:
- Previous experience in a similar role, working in a client-facing technical service environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Self-motivation and confidence in dealing with customer service issues
