Job Description

Customer Service Administrator role involves providing first-level support to customers via phone and email, troubleshooting and resolving issues with hardware, software, and systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-level service support to customers via phone and email
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer operational issues with hardware, software, and systems
  • Escalating issues to field-based engineers when necessary
  • Updating CRM and following up on calls and requests efficiently
  • Managing credit system and other administrative tasks

This is a hybrid position, with 2 days/week spent in the Dublin office.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, working in a client-facing technical service environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Self-motivation and confidence in dealing with customer service issues
