Seeking a skilled Clerical Officer to perform administrative duties in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to internal customers and clients.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing day-to-day office tasks, including correspondence, post, typing, and filing.
- Logging and prioritizing enquiries, telephone calls, and complaints, and keeping supervisors informed of progress.
- Assisting in the drafting and issue of letters, memos, and general information to internal customers and clients.
- Maintaining and updating local databases and records.
- Collaborating with other departments to deliver planned services and achieve optimum service levels.
- Ensuring confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information and interacting with service users.
- Acting in accordance with the organisation's values and vision.
