Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support Covalen's client, a financial institution.

You will be responsible for delivering best-in-class customer support while promoting the company's core values: Be Brave, Be Wise, Be Proud, and Exceed.

This role requires multitasking, quick problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Location:
Henry Street, Limerick - onsite

Contract:
Permanent Full-time

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5:30 pm in the training period.
After the training period, the days you will be expected to work might vary. You can also expected to work on the weekends. Total of 5 days working in a week.

Note:
Participation in 9-11 weeks of full-time training (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm) is mandatory.

Salary: 12.82 euro per hour.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in an efficient and timely manner. Collating information from customers via these telephone calls.
  • Receiving inbound calls from customers through a virtual call center, answering various questions.
  • Ensure that all customer records are kept up to date in accordance with the relevant CCMA/CPC regulations we adhere to.
  • Drive sales to achieve targets
  • Identify, convert, or refer new sales opportunities to meet customer requirements for both Regulated and Non-Regulated products, including crossselling of relevant products

Requirements:

  • Minimum 9 months experience in a hospitality role.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English).
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within Covalen.
  • Must be eligible to work fulltime in the Republic of Ireland and must be able to pass all background checks.
